Yes, all shipments use courier tracking. The tracking number of your order will be emailed to you once the courier has collected your shipment from our dispatch location, typically this is within 2-3 days of placing your order.
Yes, you can return your watch free of charge within 28 days of purchasing. Returns are free and easy through our dedicated returns portal: https://frederiqueconstant.co.uk/returns. If you require assistance returning your watch, please contact our support team: support@frederiqueconstant.co.uk.
If you would like to exchange your product, please return it first for a refund, and then re-purchase the product you would like.
On occasions, order and shipping confirmation emails can be delivered to your spam or junk folders.
